Twitter’s blog has announced an update to their search page to help users find more relevant people to follow. Instead of showing just people who have your chosen search term in their username (or real name) the ‘who to follow’ search option is now a bit cleverer and searches through people’s bio for the specified term.
This change makes it easier to find new people to follow, but also means it’s more important than ever to make sure your own bio is complete.
