A blog post over at Delicious reveals that YouTube founders Chad Hurley and Steve Chen have purchased the social bookmarking site. Delicious has been looking for a new home since previous owners Yahoo! decided to retire the service in December 2010.
Current users will have to give permission for Yahoo! to transfer information over to the new owners when they login, with the transfer of ownership completed sometime around June 2011. For more information, and a link to the FAQ, click the source below.
